Several new features of the highly innovative social shopping application JPX were presented on May 27th at the official launch for the press and the Dutch e-commerce market. Guest speaker Menno Beker provided insights on next generation customer service and Chatventure CEO Laurens Bushoff discussed the role of social media for e-commerce businesses and additionally demonstrated the new version of the JPX application together with Wehkamp.nl, one of the largest online retailers of The Netherlands.
The latest version integrates the most popular social networks like Facebook, Hyves and Twitter and connects customers with their online friends to launch a live, co-browsing, shopping experience. Moreover, some new interactive features like shopping history and related products were added in order to provide customers the most complete real-time social shopping experience currently existing!
